Timber Mallard Pro Staff

Below you will find pictures and information on our Pro Staff Members. All have been involved in the waterfowling community for years before joining the ranks of Timber Mallard. Each individual has made a conscious, passionate effort to either improve or advance waterfowling for future years.

Timber Mallard Duck Calls Pro Staff

	Hulen Lenderman (Hootie) President of the Timber Mallard Companies, Patrick's father, is retired from management and is responsible for the creation of Timber Mallard in 1995. Mr. Lendeman takes care of the office, shipping and receiving, tooling needs, and local customers, as well as general guidance for all of the staff.
	Patrick H. Lenderman is the and CEO of Timber Mallard Duck Calls, Timber Mallard Ourdoor Products, and Timber Mallard Enterprises. He makes and tunes all duck calls as well as guides on the Black River in NE Arkansas for Timber Mallard Guide Service. Patrick is also a Pro Staffer for Arkansas Decoy Company in El Dorado AR.
	RV Woods is in the law enforcement field in Greenville, SC and VP of internet sales and marketing. He joined Timber Mallard in 1998 and has taken charge of the global internet community we serve.
	Tony Abbott is currently serving in the US military and is the 1999 UTAH STATE DUCK CALLING CHAMPION. He joined the staff in 1999 and has recently moved to Texas. Tony has been a long time patron of Timber Mallard, and is an accomplished competition caller.
	Beamer McHone is in management in Greenville, SC. He joined the Pro Staff in 1998 and has helped with all East Coast call shows, as well as product development, sales, and New Product Testing.
	John Biggs is a Sr. Program Analyst supporting the National Missile Defense system in the X-Band Radar Project Office, and is very active in the Alabama Waterfowl Association,serving on various committees over the past several years. John will assume the position as New Product Tester for the Pro Staff, as well as web support.
	Justin Etter is a high school student from Jonesboro, AR. He is an HRC competitor as well as an avid duck and turkey hunter who joined the Pro Staff in 2000. He assumes many responsibilities during duck season as well as taking care of local clients.
	PL's Zeb O(Zeb) was purchased the summer of 1990 and was Patrick's first Lab. He picked up thousands of ducks in his tenure for either OTL Hunting Club or for guests and clients of Timber Mallard Duck Calls and Timber Mallard Guide Service. Zebs last days were spent laying in the call shop....with friends and family. "None Better, You Can Rest Now My Ole Fat Buddy" (1990-2001) "Time is valuable, spend every free moment with those that matter.."
	PL's Sadie Bell was purchased in the winter of 1998. She is the "Official Shop Dog." Her days are mostly spent in the call shop.
	PL's Doc Holiday, AKA Doc Dilly, is a Chesapeake Bay Retriever. He joined the Timber Mallard Family in early 2001 and will be the primary duck dog for Timber Mallard.
